Women’s Army Auxiliary Corps at Ft. Oglethorpe (part 1)

This is the first of two group images from the Women’s Army Auxiliary Corps training center in Ft. Oglethorpe during the Second World War. It’s marked, “Third Officer Glenn Frame Commanding, Co. 7 23 Reg. Third W.A.A.C, Training Center. Ft. Oglethorpe, GA., July 10, 1943.”

There are several last names written in ink on the bottom rows. Use the zoom tools for a closer look.

Also, feel free to comment if anyone knows more about this company or the women in the photograph.
